From 2003 to 2005, Openflows helped The Walrus, a magazine based in Toronto, with all their ICT needs. We provided full end-to-end support and services, including initial research and procurement of hardware and necessary licensed software, as well as their installation and configuration, for the entire office and all departments. Openflows also built and assembled an intranet for staff to share contacts and calendars, as well as database systems to aid in the editorial process. Finally, we developed a content management system to facilitate in the management of their website.
By providing such full and comprehensive services, Openflows allowed The Walrus staff to focus on their job of putting out issues, selling ads, and earning subscribers.
