Openflows conducted a small research project for the Open Society Institute on successful strategies used by NGOs with regard to how they organize networks within their work/campaigns. The primary focus was on organizational questions, rather than on the content of their campaigns. Openflows researchers interviewed several diverse organizations, and put together a report on the main lessons learned and stories shared by each. The final product is an insightful glimpse (as of January 2004) into the way networks are formed and mobilized. (PDF)
